What does this PR do?
Brands the installed VERDICT runtime help as
verdict/VERDICT while preserving source-modeopencodehelp snapshots and compatibility interfaces such asOPENCODE_*. It passes npm-style shim invocation names through to the platform runtime, fixes the rebrand script's zero-match idempotence case, and switches the fork test workflow to GitHub-hosted runners so CI is runnable in this repo.How did you verify your code works?
